Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Service Provider Plans
1.1 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription plan at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription
- Subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the billing period
1.2 Free Trial Cancellation
- Free trial users may cancel at any time before the trial period ends
- Cancellation must be completed through account settings
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan
- No refunds will be provided for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the trial period expires
1.3 Refund Policy for Subscription Plans
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
- In case of technical issues preventing access to core platform features for more than 24 consecutive hours, subscribers may be eligible for partial refunds on a pro-rata basis
- Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the occurrence
- Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
2. Project-Based Fees
2.1 Commission Refunds
- Platform commissions are non-refundable once a project has been awarded to a vendor
- If a project is cancelled before completion, commission charges will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed
- For disputes regarding project completion status, our dispute resolution process will be the final authority
2.2 Project Cancellation by Clients
- Projects may be cancelled by clients before vendor selection without penalty
- Cancellation after vendor selection but before work commencement may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the project value
- Cancellation after work commencement will be subject to payment for work already completed and may include additional cancellation fees as outlined in the project agreement
2.3 Project Cancellation by Vendors
- Vendors may withdraw from projects before formal acceptance without penalty
- Withdrawal after acceptance but before work commencement may result in temporary rating penalties
- Withdrawal after work commencement may result in rating penalties and potential temporary account restrictions
3. Requesting a Refund
3.1 Process
- All refund requests must be submitted through the Help Center or by emailing support@ctrlf.co.in
- Requests must include order/subscription details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
3.2 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7-14 business days depending on your payment provider
- Refunds may be issued as platform credits instead of monetary refunds at our discretion
4. Modifications to Policy
CtrlF Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the platform after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
